Ms. Alexander will guide you on a "journey through her complex psyche filled with conflict and wistful observation" as she presents her prize-winning poetry book.

Village Poets of Sunland & Tujunga present their monthly reading event on Sunday, October 22 featuring two distinguished poets, Mary Torregrossa and Sharon Alexander.

There will be an open mike, then Mary Torregrossa will read. This will be followed by a short break during which there will be refreshments and an opportunity to purchase books. This will be followed by Sharon Alexander’s reading from her new award-winning chapbook INSTRUCTIONS IN MY ABSENCE.
